Director of Education
From 2013-2017 I was the Director of Education and Curriculum Development for Kidville. In my four years at Kidville, my focus was on setting the vision for experiences inside the classroom and building tools to support a network of over three hundred #PlayProfessionals around the world.

Each year I hold a gathering to bring together ECD Managers from all locations to discuss best practices and review new tools.
I often do site visits to the thirty Kidville locations to provide feedback, trainings, and collect best practices.
The largest Kidville location hosts an annual fall kick off week of training. I moderate brainstorms, review new content and kick of the school year with a focus in PLAY! This is our 2016 team.
Paying a visit to Kidville Williamsburg to celebrate their contest win! Three times a year I challenge all Kidville locations to a system wide contest.
Bubbles Academy
Director of Creative Endeavors + Programming
Before my time at Kidville, I spent ten years building a Chicago-based early childhood program called Bubbles Academy. At Bubbles Academy my proudest accomplishment was designing and executing a one-of-a-kind curriculum bringing together video projections, soundscapes, and theatrical lighting to create engagement inside the classroom.
Beyond designing the curriculum, at Bubbles Academy, I directed all the human resources activities and designed the operational systems. I developed a team of 25 artists-educators to help build and coordinate parent-tot classes, pre-preschool programs, themed birthday parties, and camps for over a thousand families a week.
